Please read these Terms of Service carefully before creating an account, provisioning a workspace, or subscribing to any paid plans on Beyond Borders CRM. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion PDPA Privacy Policy.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, SME, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the requisite authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Acceptance & Operating Entity
Beyond Borders CRM (“Platform,” “Software,” or “Service”) is owned and operated by FT Synergist Pte. Ltd. (“FT Synergist,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private company incorporated under the laws of Singapore with registered office at 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 and ACRA UEN 202419828A.
By registering an account, provisioning a workspace, or executing a payment transaction through our platform or payment gateway partners (including Stripe), you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Software.
2. Description of Services & Subscription Tiers
Beyond Borders CRM provides cloud-based customer relationship management, contact tracking, webhook lead ingestion gateways, ACRA UEN verification tools, multi-currency quoting engines, and regional B2B opportunity discovery.
- Starter Free: Provides zero-cost personal CRM pipelines, contact records with notes, public ecosystem event access, real-time metrics, and read-only browsing of the B2B Opportunity Marketplace.
- Member PRO (SGD $61.50/mo or SGD $600.00/yr): Unlocks multi-currency quoting & financial ledger, active posting and pitching on the B2B Opportunity Marketplace, executive BBBLS session access, unlimited deal events, and priority customer support.
- Brand Owner & Sustainable Partner (BBSPP): Enterprise network namespaces, master franchise coordination, and multi-tenant chapter administration.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Policy
A. Payment Processor Integration
All subscription fees and transactions for Beyond Borders CRM are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated credit card or payment method on a recurring basis. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
B. Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on either a Monthly (e.g., SGD $61.50 per month) or Annual (e.g., SGD $600.00 per year) billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
C. Currency & Taxes
All standard pricing is listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless expressly specified otherwise. Prices are exclusive of all applicable goods and services tax (GST), value-added taxes, or other governmental duties, which shall be added to your invoice as required by Singapore law.
D. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard billing portal or by contacting billing@ft-synergist.com. Upon cancellation, your access to Member PRO features will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing term, after which your account reverts to Starter Free.
Except as mandated by Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or express written warranty, all software subscription fees are non-refundable once digital workspace access has been provisioned.
4. Account Registration, Security & Entity Verification
To utilize Beyond Borders CRM, you must complete registration and provide accurate, current, and complete corporate and contact information.
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity.
- Singapore UEN & ACRA Verification: Where you provide a Singapore Unique Entity Number (UEN) or corporate registration identifier, you warrant that you are legally affiliated with and authorized to represent that corporate entity. Misrepresenting legal entity registration constitutes material breach and may result in immediate suspension.
5. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership
A. Platform Intellectual Property
FT Synergist Pte. Ltd. and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Beyond Borders CRM platform, including all source code, software architecture, UI/UX designs, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Software during your subscription term.
B. Customer Data Ownership
You retain all proprietary rights, ownership, and title to all customer leads, contact records, deal notes, financial figures, and custom data uploaded to your tenant workspace (“Customer Data”). You grant FT Synergist a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Services.
6. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Specifically, you shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from Beyond Borders CRM;
- Use webhook ingestion endpoints to transmit spam, unlawful solicitations, or violate the Singapore Spam Control Act or PDPA;
- Attempt to bypass multi-tenant Row-Level Security (RLS) or access another tenant’s isolated database partition;
- Publish fraudulent, predatory, or deceptive opportunity listings on the B2B Opportunity Marketplace;
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code into the platform infrastructure.
7. Grant Advisory & Enterprise Singapore Disclaimer
Beyond Borders CRM is a software application. Any advisory, mentorship, or grant consulting sessions (including discussions regarding the Enterprise Development Grant [EDG] or Market Readiness Assistance [MRA]) are provided independently by partnering certified management consultants.
8. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
A. “As Is” Provision
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, FT Synergist disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
B. Liability Cap
In no event shall FT Synergist Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business goodwill).
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Software shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by you to FT Synergist in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Term, Suspension & Data Retrieval
These Terms commence upon your initial access and continue until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees when due.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your primary Customer Data within thirty (30) calendar days, after which we will securely delete or de-identify your tenant records in accordance with our PDPA Retention Limitation obligations.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
